When you order services from us, we also process your property designation. This is to ensure that we obtain correct information about your property. The processing is based on the fact that the property designation is a unique number used by authorities to ensure correct information about the property at all times. This processing takes place until 2 years have passed, if there is no other basis for the processing of this data.

 

Archiving of accounting data

To the extent that your name or address appears in our accounting information, this information will be processed in order for us to properly archive accounting information. The processing is necessary to comply with our legal obligation to archive accounting data according to current legislation. The processing lasts for 7 years after the calendar year in which the financial year ended.
